Why we exist

Story Behind Hardly Selling

Dean Kozora started Hardly Selling back in 2023 after helping multiple large teams break records month after month. He noticed a need in the industry for honesty and a team who actually had done what they help others do. So inevitably, Hardly Selling was created.

We aim to teach & apply philosophy over tactics. When you learn why certain things are happening & the fundamental way to approach it, you can avoid getting stuck as the sales game continues to change. This goes for building teams, running teams, taking sales calls & everything else that can happen in the sales process from a rep/manager/owner standpoint.

We have watched the sales consulting space continuously do it wrong for the past few years. Large companies take over, promise a result then deliver a subpar service. Hardly Selling exists to do the exact opposite…Help deliver a legitimate solution to the overall sales process from the time a lead enters your scope until the deal closes. From how the sales rep operates, to how the manager is tracking leads & getting the team performing at a higher rate to consulting with the business owner on how to optimize systems for the highest ROI on the money being put out to acquire leads. We take a holistic approach and understand that every team needs a different strategy based on how they are set up and how the team operates.
