Dean is the founder of Hardly Selling and has been in the sales world for 7 years. He had a very quick rise up to success. After shutting down his consulting business which generated well into 7 figures, Dean dove head first into managing teams internally. Dean has grown teams in almost every industry..Healthcare, consulting, financial, biz-op, fitness, trading etc.. Dean’s expertise is strategy, team energy & culture. He also holds equity in another consulting firm that helps with higher level business strategy.
Dean’s philosophy is simple..do good things with great people and have a great time doing it. This stands for internal team members, clients and all people who come into our ecosystem. He’s a lead from the front type of leader who has a high level of legitimate care for every single person who comes his way.
Will has 11 years in the sales industry. His experience started in his fitness business which he opened after he left the military Special Operations. He went from selling fitness in his own gyms, where he had 1000+ sales conversations over the years, to then scaling his company by scaling his sales teams across multiple locations. Will understands what it looks like to scale sales departments.
After using the same skill set of growing sales teams to build and exit multiple businesses, he went back into sales full-time after his daughter was born, becoming a 7 figure earner as a sales rep. Going on to Head of Sales for the biggest DFY sales organization in the high ticket space running a team of 127 sales reps, training hundreds of sales reps at the sister company which is one of the largest sales training companies, and ultimately moving into the CEO role, going on to grow 8 figure companies in both the financial and coaching industry.
As a Sales Performance Coach with over 8 years in the industry, Payton has been the go-to for businesses wanting to get the most out of their sales teams for quite a while. His philosophy has always been that achieving proficiency in “sales” is only part of the equation. The next, and mostly overlooked, portion is having the ability to pull on your skillset to perform, consistently, on demand, in order to get extraordinary results.
At this point he’s lost track of the number of sales reps that’ve consumed his trainings otherwise he’d flex that number here. Payton has a passion for helping sales reps and leaders achieve great things and perform at their absolute highest level which is exactly why he’s on the Hardly Selling crew.
Taylor is a well known name in the digital marketing consulting space with a great track record of helping businesses scale through marketing & sales. He’s built multiple 8 figure brands, consulted thousands of clients and has trained countless sales professionals directly & indirectly. Taylor is a master of energy & state management and has paved the way for how most of the internet marketing world runs their teams.
Sean has over 14 years in the industry and has worked in every type and style of business both as a Sales Rep in the early days and as a Manager / Team Lead. He has grown heavily in senior roles as a Business Development Strategist for different 8 figure companies and was an Account Manager for one of the largest consulting businesses in the internet marketing world managing over 100 accounts at a time. Sean’s bread and butter is sales coaching, recruitment and business development. He understands how to build and scale teams better than anyone out there.
Sean has hired and trained thousands of sales reps across hundreds of accounts and knows the levers to pull to drive performance up fast. Sean’s role here at Hardly Selling is working directly with teams & reps to ensure profitability of the organizations we work with are at their highest.
