The Sales Collective is the collective experience from a few of the top sales reps, managers and trainers from around the world. We all have studied sales for years, invested more money than we could backtrack and have worked with and trained some of the big names in the industry. Most of the sales trainers & teams you see now have been trained under or managed by one of us at some point.
The goal of TSC is to help people establish a legitimate long term career in sales. The average sales rep tenure is 18 months, which is due to a multitude of controllable factors. Part of having a legitimate career in sales is having income that supports your family & life. We do focus heavily on skillset, ensuring you have the ability to raise your income as well. Outside of raising income, we focus on the multiple factors that attribute to a long term successful career within sales … Branding, proper pipeline management, leveraging referrals, up-sells and much much more.
The Sales Collective is a community that has tons of pre-recorded + live training. We have new training published monthly & four 1-hour long live calls weekly. The community has places to chat with other members, ask questions, get direct feedback, chat with us & other members 1:1 & we have a job board that we vet teams to be a part of. We also have the teams we train in here as well so everyone can learn and network with other individuals who are doing well.
We keep this very affordable, $500/mo with no contract/commitment. If you don’t make that plus some in commission solely off being involved, you probably never showed up to anything. We don’t believe high level sales training should put you into debt, so we will continue servicing everyone for a lower cost…and we’ll likely provide a better service.

Sales Team training is a great tool if you have a team of 5+. Whether it be SDR’s(setters), AE’s(closers) or mixed roles–we use team training to bring up overall team performance & metrics.
Our training is very customizable to what is needed on your end. We can do weekly call reviews per team or altogether, training geared toward your market, script writing/training etc…
Most of our training is done virtually, we are also happy to fly out to your office and do live training if in person suits your team better.
Every person that is in our team training is also enrolled into the Sales Collective. We just ensure they do not have access to the job board section. They get everything included in TSC and we are able to pull reports on how active each member is within the community.

STS exists to make your team suck less and less until it is finally great again.
We start with a full audit on your sales process and identify every hole we find. During our audit, we look at everything from a prospect perspective and also a VP of sales standpoint. Our audits take us 6+ hours per account as we want to give you a full breakdown on where you might be losing sales(profit). The goal is to find sticking points in your process where you’re 1) Detracting your prospects, 2) Losing potential deals & 3) areas of quick improvement. We run a new audit monthly
From here, we meet directly with you & any other executives on your team to run you through our findings and how we plan on attacking these. We then categorize it based on which will give us the biggest lift all the way down to what could be put off for later.
Once all of that is squared away, we get to work on filling gaps so things flow better. The goal here is to optimize your sales process from A-Z so that you can scale anywhere you’d like.
During this, we also train your sales team directly weekly. As well as get them added to our community where they have 4 other live calls + hours of training they can attend. If you have a sales manager, we work with them directly as well and they get direct feedback on how they can improve their process & standards for the team.
STS is similar to any sales mastermind you may have been a part of, but instead of putting you in a group…we do the work directly with you & your team. Which ends up being multiple touchpoints & training weekly.
